The program is not currently registered, but we would be happy to submit it today of you register today. It will cost $125 to register (since we are within 60 days of the event). I don't know why I did not think to submit it previously.
from the OH Supreme Court:
Deadline and Fees for Courses Held in Ohio
If your program will take place in Ohio, you must submit your application, including required attachments and fees, at least sixty days in advance of the program. The application fee for timely submissions is $25. An additional late fee of $100 is assessed if the application is submitted less than sixty days prior to the program.
This is not a full question.
If you are missing a CE certificate, and it was our event (And not just John Sheeley speaking), then call the office at 800-943-1750 Monday - Friday 9 am - 2 pm eastern time, or email email@example.com. If you email include your full name and the classes you attended. Please allow 2 business days for someone to research your attendance and e-mail our a certificate.
No, but we have a NASBA number pending, which would alleviate that problem. I am told it will come 'any day' but so far we are not in the Learningmarkets Registry. Its not helpful to you, but of course we have IRS approval and 9 states have us approved for attorney legal education.....
There is nothing on the schedule right now. We had an advanced class in Denver in July. It would be nice to do something in Michigan as the law develops this year.
Here are the dates for the rest of 2017:
Irvine Nov 29
Sacramento Nov 30
San Francisco Dec 1
For Tax Practice Pro
Columbus OH Dec 13
State College PA Dec 15
We won't likely be there in 2017.
When/where will you have future classes for Defending Tax Returns for the Legal Marijuana Industry? I already took Preparing Tax Returns class from you at OC Airport in June 2016. Dave Smith CPA at firstname.lastname@example.org
We did have and advanced class in Denver in July.
The hard part is that I can't get other practitioners to commit to speak at these classes or be on a panel discussion. No one wants 9 MORE hours of John, Debi and Nick - there are other leaders out there who (I think) have a lot of experience and knowledge to share. I pay pretty well, too!
I would like to see this entire program evolve into a twice a year event -- Spring and Fall -- where we offer the "Preparing" class the first day and then 1-2 more days of seminars and panel discussions....
We offer an annual 4 day event each November.
There are plenty of events being offered in the area -- as for our company, we have one local event, in New York City November 8th, 9th and 10th:
